~Worry~

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its strength. Worry is a cycle of inefficient thoughts whirling around a center of fear.

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:5-6

The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Psalm 118:6

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7

So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:31-34

So.... don't worry be happy!
